Universal Credit Network – Quarterly Meeting
October 29 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
The Universal Credit Network (UCN) is a quarterly meeting for people working on the front line of Universal Credit. At the UCN, attendees have the opportunity to meet with UC experts and have their concerns and queries regarding UC answered.
The meetings are a vital resource that ensures front line staff are equipped with all the information and knowledge they need to provide the best support possible. The UCN is aimed at providing functional knowledge to make claims, and filling in grey areas of knowledge and know-how in the new Universal Credit system front-line staff might come across when working with claimants. Find out more about the network here.
